FLC2000 Mud Cleaner has been Dispatched

The FLC2000 Mud Cleaner mainly consist of shale shaker, desander assembly and desilter assembly. derrick FLC2000 shale shaker usually adopts PMD screen mesh. The screen box can adjust its Angle through threaded lifting device. The FLC2000 shale shaker is equipped with four shock-absorbing springs. The sand and mud removal component is composed of different numbers of cyclones. For example, there is combination of two 10 inch cyclones and sixteen 4 inch cyclones.

Working principle: The drilling fluid is first separated and treated through desander cyclone. The solid particles with high density are made to move downward along the wall of the vessel by using centrifugal force. Sand is discharged from the underflow outlet. The liquid phase with lower density is discharged from the overflow outlet. Then, it is separated and treated through desiccant cyclone. The underflow is further processed by shale shaker.
