Desanding Plant Delivered to Bored Piling Site

Mud treatment in bored piling industry is a blank field currently. Therefore TR designed a kind of desanding plant for piling field specially. It’s very popular among our clients, since it can be widely used in industries like city bored piling, horizontal directional drilling, microtunnelling etc. At the beginning of November, our old customer from Vietnam purchased one set desanding plant for their piling site. It’s completed the final commissioning and package at this week, then will be sent to Shanghai Port for delivery.

Desanding plant is a construction mud treatment equipment and also miniature version of trenchless mud recovery system. It is mainly composed of  double-layer shale shaker, desander cyclones, centrifugal sand pump and mud tank. It facilitates transportation and reduces the troubles during project removal. TR desanding plant covers small area and has a good treatment effect. The slurry treated by this plant can meet the requirements of outward shipment, and reduce the environmental pollution of engineering mud. Also it reduces the waste of mud material and has important significance for reducing piling cost.
