The TRCN series drilling fluids cyclone desilter is a three-stage solid control device, mainly used to separate solid particles with a particle size of 15-47μm in drilling fluids.

This desanders and desilter has significant advantages. The cyclone is made of polyurethane material, which not only has a long service life but also is lightweight and easy to maintain. The equipment has a high separation capacity and a wide range of separation particle sizes. The bottom flow port of the cyclone is in a pressurized umbrella-shaped “wet bottom” for sand discharge, which enables the particles in the separation zone to be discharged quickly and reduces the probability of bottom flow port blockage. In addition, each slurry desilter cyclone is equipped with ball valves at its inlet and outlet, allowing for the adjustment of the number of desilters working at any time.
